Here's what some of our staff have to say:

George Anibaba,

PMO Manager

Mum and Dad always said “Any fool can make money, but only wise people make a change”. This is why I love working for KSS AHSN; it’s a unique and special opportunity to make a big difference through seemingly small contributions.

One of my fondest memories already is of the speech our Managing Director gave at Christmas; he really believes in the work we do and genuinely appreciates the team who are making change happen. I also love that we don’t only give ourselves pats on the back, but we recognise good work in our region by hosting amazing events and actually giving proper awards – google KSS AHSN Expo awards if you don’t believe me.

Though I’m in a corporate role, I love the fact that I can see and help articulate the impact our work is having through compelling change stories.

Furthermore, the office environment doesn’t feel like an ivory tower detached from reality, it is very team oriented and people focused – in fact, if your family or friends don’t make a fuss about your birthday, the KSS AHSN definitely will!

Gill Potts,

Senior Improvement Manager

I started working for the NHS in 2002 and have worked in a variety of roles around service improvement,  programme and project management in acute and primary care settings. I've had a varied career including product development, event management and being in the licensed trade as a pub manager!

My job involves meeting different people from not just within the NHS and social care sectors, but from charities, hospices and care homes - and everyone has a different story which I love hearing about. Most of all I love that I am not stuck behind my desk at a computer 9-5, 5 days a week!

You should join our team because… you don't know what you're missing! It's made up of fantastic, hard working people who still manage to have a laugh and a joke and they make coming to work enjoyable.

This is a growing organisation which can offer excellent opportunities and exciting challenges.  If you like variety, a flexible working style and being part of a team that acknowledges and appreciates the hard work that its staff does then KSS AHSN is the place to be!
